To support you throughout your recognition process at Bethesda Hospital, we offer a structured onboarding program that gives you a clear and reliable framework from day one.

You’ll take part in regular resilience trainings led by our in-house trainers. These sessions are designed to help you feel confident and secure in your new role.

Our integration mentors will guide you on your ward during your recognition period.

Regular practical instruction is provided both by our full-time practice instructors and by the instructors assigned to each ward.

In addition, our practical training sessions and group instructions offer you the chance to connect with other nurses who are also going through the recognition process.

Our integration coordinators act as your advisors and companions throughout the entire journey.

Recognition through the Knowledge Examination:

Our international nursing professionals are thoroughly prepared for the knowledge examination through a preparatory course at the KLETT Talent Akademie. The classes take place online, with practical support provided on-site at the hospital, so that our full-time clinical practice instructors are available at any time to answer questions.

The practical training takes place on a designated ward and is regularly supervised by our full-time clinical practice instructors as well. Further information on this process will be provided during your interview.

Requirements for starting the recognition process with us

• At least B2 language level
• A minimum of three years of nursing training or a nursing degree in your home country
• At least two years of hospital work experience
